These Terms & Conditions govern participation in every Kyulearn programme, including children’s holiday camps, adult professional training, physical classes, online classes, workshops, seminars, bootcamps, and special learning events. By registering for any Kyulearn programme, you agree to comply with the policies outlined on this page.

At Kyulearn, our goal is to provide a safe, professional, engaging, and productive learning environment for every student. These Terms & Conditions are designed to protect our students, parents, instructors, staff, facilities, and learning resources while ensuring a smooth learning experience for everyone.
Whether you are enrolling yourself or registering a child, we encourage you to read these terms carefully before completing your registration.
By submitting a registration form, paying for a course, attending classes, or participating in any Kyulearn programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

- Registration is considered complete only after all required information has been submitted and the applicable course fees have been paid or approved by Kyulearn.
- Parents or legal guardians must complete registration on behalf of students under 18 years of age.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
- Kyulearn reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration containing false, misleading, or incomplete information.
- Submission of a registration form does not automatically guarantee admission where class capacity has been reached.
📅 2. Attendance & Punctuality
- Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and arrive on time.
- Frequent lateness or absenteeism may affect learning outcomes and certificate eligibility.
- Missed classes may not be repeated unless determined by Kyulearn.
- Students should notify the academy in advance whenever they are unable to attend.
- Kyulearn reserves the right to adjust class schedules where necessary.
🤝 3. Student Conduct
- Every student must show respect to instructors, staff, fellow students, visitors, and academy property.
- Bullying, harassment, fighting, intimidation, abusive language, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Students must follow all classroom instructions and academy policies.
- Any behaviour that disrupts learning may result in disciplinary action.
- Serious misconduct may lead to suspension or permanent removal from the programme.
🎒 4. Personal Belongings
- Students are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings.
- Items such as phones, laptops, tablets, headphones, money, jewellery, bags, and other valuables are brought to Kyulearn entirely at the owner’s risk.
- Kyulearn shall not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property.
- Students are advised not to bring unnecessary valuables to the training centre.
- Any lost item found within the academy will be kept at reception until claimed.
🖥️ 5. Damage to Kyulearn Property
- Students must use academy facilities, furniture, computers, equipment, and learning materials responsibly.
- Intentional or negligent damage to academy property may result in repair or replacement costs being charged to the student or parent/guardian.
- Students should immediately report faulty or damaged equipment to an instructor.
- Tampering with academy equipment or facilities without authorization is prohibited.
- Kyulearn reserves the right to suspend students responsible for repeated damage or misuse.
💻 6. Computer & Internet Usage
- Academy computers and internet access are provided solely for educational purposes.
- Students must not access inappropriate websites or online content.
- Downloading unauthorized software, games, or files is prohibited.
- Students must not attempt to bypass security settings or interfere with academy networks.
- Misuse of academy technology may result in suspension of computer privileges or disciplinary action.
📸 7. Photography & Media
- Kyulearn may photograph or record classes, events, competitions, workshops, and graduation ceremonies for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes.
- These photographs or videos may appear on Kyulearn’s website, social media platforms, brochures, advertisements, or other promotional materials.
- Parents or students who do not wish to appear in such materials should notify Kyulearn in writing before classes begin.
- Kyulearn will make reasonable efforts to respect such requests where practicable.
🏥 8. Health & Emergencies
- Parents or students must disclose any medical condition, allergy, disability, or special support requirement that may affect participation.
- Emergency contact information must always remain current.
- In an emergency, Kyulearn may obtain appropriate medical assistance while attempting to contact the parent, guardian, or emergency contact.
- Students who are seriously ill or have contagious conditions should not attend classes until they have recovered.
💳 9. Fees, Refunds & Transfers
- Course fees must be paid according to the approved payment schedule.
- Registration fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
- Refund requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Kyulearn management.
- Approved course transfers are subject to available spaces.
- Failure to complete a course does not automatically qualify a student for a refund.
🎓 10. Certificates
- Certificates are issued to students who successfully complete the course requirements.
- Students must meet attendance and participation expectations before certificates are awarded.
- Outstanding fees or unresolved disciplinary matters may delay certificate issuance.
- Replacement certificates may attract an administrative fee.
🔒 11. Privacy
- Kyulearn respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
- Information collected during registration will only be used for educational, administrative, communication, and operational purposes.
- Kyulearn does not sell or intentionally disclose personal information to third parties except where required by law or with your consent.
- Reasonable measures are taken to safeguard all personal information submitted to the academy.
⚖️ 12. Limitation of Liability
- Kyulearn is committed to providing a safe and professional learning environment.
- Participation in any programme is at the student’s own risk.
- Kyulearn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in any training programme.
- Nothing in these Terms limits any rights provided under applicable Nigerian law.
🌍 13. Force Majeure
- Kyulearn shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, postponements, or cancellation of classes resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Such events include power outages, internet failures, floods, fire, natural disasters, government directives, civil unrest, pandemics, security concerns, strikes, or similar unforeseen events.
- Where possible, Kyulearn will notify students promptly and make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected classes.
🚫 14. Right to Refuse or Terminate Enrolment
- Kyulearn reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate enrolment where a student’s conduct threatens the safety, wellbeing, or learning experience of others.
- Grounds include repeated misconduct, bullying, harassment, violence, theft, vandalism, academic dishonesty, or refusal to comply with academy policies.
- Where enrolment is terminated due to misconduct, fees already paid may not be refundable.
- Kyulearn may also refuse future enrolment where previous conduct is considered detrimental to the academy.
📚 15. Intellectual Property
- All course manuals, notes, presentations, videos, templates, software, learning resources, assessments, and educational materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kyulearn unless otherwise stated.
- Students are granted permission to use these materials solely for their personal learning.
- Copying, recording, scanning, photographing, uploading, publishing, distributing, selling, modifying, or sharing Kyulearn materials without written permission is prohibited.
- Unauthorized use may result in disciplinary action and legal proceedings where applicable.
🎥 16. Recording of Classes
- Audio recording, video recording, photography, livestreaming, or screen recording of any class is prohibited unless prior written approval has been granted by Kyulearn.
- Approved recordings are strictly for personal educational use and may not be shared publicly.
- Kyulearn reserves the right to request immediate deletion of any unauthorized recordings.
💻 17. Device Usage
- Students bringing personal laptops or devices remain fully responsible for their care and security.
- Kyulearn shall not be liable for theft, loss, virus infections, software issues, hardware failures, or damage affecting personal devices.
- Students must not install software or modify academy computers without authorization.
- Any intentional damage to academy equipment may result in disciplinary action and financial liability for repairs or replacement.
🚸 18. Parent Pick-up & Drop-off (Children’s Programmes)
- Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring children arrive on time and are picked up promptly after classes unless transportation has been arranged through Kyulearn.
- Children will only be released to their registered parent, guardian, or an authorised individual communicated in advance.
- Parents should immediately notify Kyulearn if another person will be collecting their child.
- Kyulearn is not responsible for supervising children after official closing hours except where prior arrangements have been approved.
- Repeated late pick-ups may attract additional supervision charges where applicable.
📝 19. Amendments to These Terms
- Kyulearn reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions whenever necessary.
- The latest version will always be available on the official website or communicated through appropriate channels.
- Continued participation in any Kyulearn programme constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms & Conditions.
🏛️ 20. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- Any dispute arising from participation in a Kyulearn programme should first be resolved amicably.
- Where an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria.

By registering for, paying for, or participating in any Kyulearn programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. For students under the age of 18, acceptance of these Terms must be made by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the child.
